CNC Cutting and Engraving
If the laser is our "scalpel," the CNC Router is our "chisel." It uses physical carving bits to shape wood with depth and power.
Here’s what we can do with it:
- 3D Carving: Unlike a laser that etches the surface, the CNC can "sculpt" 3D designs, deep textures, and recessed bowls or trays.
- Heavy Duty: It easily cuts through thick hardwood slabs and large sheets of plywood that are too tough for a laser.
- Clean, Natural Edges: Because it uses a spinning bit instead of heat, your wood keeps its natural color with no charred or burnt edges.
- Classic Look: We use "V-bits" to create sharp, deep engravings that look like traditional hand-carved signage.
